5:30-6:30am | 8:00-9:00 am | 9:30-10:30am | 12:00-1:00 pm | 4:30-5:30pm | 5:30-6:30pm
CrossFit uses safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. The intensity levels are adjusted to challenge each individual and safely improve fitness. Our classes contain a maximum of 10 people with 1 coach and the workouts change daily.
